JASMINE M. JOHNSON

Jasmine M. Johnson, 37, is a dynamic young professional who is already making her mark in the business world. Working for Pfizer, Inc., the world’s largest research-based pharmaceutical company, and she is destined for further success. Jasmine has achieved significant success and experience both inside and outside of Pfizer. She joined Pfizer, Inc. in 2006 and has quickly established herself as a proven performer with the drive and commitment to consistently raise-the-bar for herself and her team. In her current role as Alliance Development Manager for the State of IL she oversees the advocacy strategy to support Pfizer’s legislative and policy objectives which is a direct representation of her dedication and commitment to making a difference through Advocacy efforts. Awards earned today internally at Pfizer include: include the Vice-President’s Cabinet Award in 2008, finishing #1 in the State of Wisconsin’s Pratt Division, a back to back win with the Summit Award in 2009, the 2009 Eddy Award for her innovative work with the Milwaukee Health Department, she earned with her team the recognition with Wisconsin’s District of the Year Awards for both 2010 and 2011, and was a Dare to Try PAC Challenge winner in 2015. Outside of Pfizer Jasmine was recognized as one of the 2015 United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County Philanthropic Five awardees.
 
 Prior to joining Pfizer, Jasmine found success as a Certified Pharmacy Technician for Walgreen’s Pharmacy for 9 years. Most notably, Jasmine was an Account Executive for Clear Channel Communications creating and implementing a lot of the contest and promotions heard on the radio stations daily. Jasmine has a long history of community involvement as both an advocate and activist. She served as Board President for the Social Development Foundation who generates revenue to support programs/services for SDC where under her leadership the Board was able to surpass their 3-year goal of $100,000 to the endowment fund, an appointment as Chair of the NAACP Milwaukee Young Adult Committee, appointed to serve as Community Engagement Chair for the KaBoom! Playground Project at the Northside YMCA, serves on both of the campaign cabinets for the United Way of Metropolitan Chicago and the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, recently voted on to the Board of Directors for the United Way of Greater Milwaukee & Waukesha County, and is a member of The Links, Inc., Jack & Jill of America, Inc., and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
 
Jasmine is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin- Parkside where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. She also holds a Master’s of Science Degree in Management from Cardinal Stritch University. Jasmine recognizes the significance of working hard, performing strong, and giving back as she juggles it well with grace, style, and class all while being motivated by her 11 year old son, Jeremiah.


JEREMIAH I. JOHNSON

Jeremiah is an active elementary school student who loves school and sports; specifically basketball and swim as he competed on club teams for both sports.
Excelling on and off the court Jeremiah believes in giving back proving one is never too young to give. His philanthropic efforts include generating nearly $15,000 to support First Stage Theater and donating 100+ gently used books and toys to a local family shelter thru his Jeremiah’s T.O.Y.S. Drive.
